SustainAbility Stars recognised by the Victorian Government

For the second year in a row, The EW Tipping Foundation has been recognised for its efforts to raise awareness about environment sustainability in the disability sector while making a difference to people with a disability.

The foundation has been named one of three finalists in the prestigious Premier’s Sustainability Awards in the Community Award category for the SustainAbility Stars project.

Sustainability Project Officer, Sharon Chan, said the placing attested the efforts and ongoing commitment to achieving environmental sustainability displayed by the people we support and staff throughout the organisation.

Category winners will be announced at the Awards Presentation Dinner at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on 9 June 2011.
