We have a robust quality system to make sure that our support services meet the needs and expectations of the people we support.
Our internal and external quality processes include:
- Disability Framework - in line with the State Disability Plan and the new Outcome Standards, our systems are being updated to ensure we meet and document individual requirements in readiness for external monitoring by 2012.
- Occupational Health and Safety - we are committed to fulfilling both our moral and legal responsibility by providing and maintaining a work environment that is safe and healthy for everyone. We are compliant with the Victorian Government's Disability Self-Assessment System (DSAS).
